Clay Woods is a subdivision of over 250 homes, and its HOA says it “blends different style homes in a mature tree setting.” Inside it sits Clay Woods Villas, an associated community of 25 homes with all outside maintenance provided, and Villas residents share the subdivision’s amenities.
